At Camstar, we believe in creating memories! All personalized service requests on Camstar app including and not limited to “StarVideo” and “StarLike” if not completed within the Delivery Period* or have been rejected, we shall refund to you the purchase amount.

Refunds will be initiated within one week from notification of rejection or expiry of Delivery Period and will be reversed into the same mode of payment as specified by you when placing the order. The refund shall be initiated by the payment gateway and is dependent on the mode of payment and the bank/card issuer’s policies. If the standard time-frame as mentioned above has passed and you have still not received the refund, please contact your bank, credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information.

Camstar wallet amount used shall be refunded back into the same wallet only and not into your original mode of payment at the time of purchase. Camstar reserves the right to refuse refunds pertaining to Camstar wallet if deemed fit.

Confirmed personalized service requests including and not limited to “StarVideo” and “StarLike” which have been fulfilled by the celebrities or influencers are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.
